BSI Tower is designed with a green building concept and is certified gold.

The company adopted the green building concept because BSI is a modern company that prioritizes sustainability. As is known, a green building is a building whose structure and usage are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout its life cycle. This includes site selection, design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and even demolition.

This building will utilize solar panels on the rooftop and feature a facade design that reduces solar heat.

Standing on approximately 5,736 m2 of land, the building will be equipped with a mosque, ballroom, meeting room, food hall, and a connecting bridge connecting the Danareksa Tower and BSI Tower, creating a Financial Center complex that is seamlessly integrated with the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.

BSI Tower also features several other features to support the comfort and security of building users, including electric vehicle charging stations, elevators with destination control systems, 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance in public areas, and adequate parking for bicycles, cars, and motorcycles.
