The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Wing 1 office complex is located east of the Presidential Palace ceremonial field. The complex covers a total area of 3.17 hectares and borders the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Wing 2, the Ministry of Finance, and the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) to the north.
To the east, it borders medium-density residential development and a medium-density mixed-use zone. To the south, it borders Group II ministries and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises. To the west, it borders the Presidential Palace ceremonial field and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs.
The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Wing 1 office complex consists of one building mass and one mosque, costing Rp695.84 billion, funded by the 2023-2024 State Budget under a multi-year contract (MYC).
