The DIGI BRI IT Building Ragunan – Phase 1 Project focuses on the installation of a modern air-conditioning system, including the supply and installation of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and Split AC systems manufactured by Daikin. VRV technology is a multi-split air-conditioning system that distributes refrigerant from outdoor units to multiple indoor units, allowing each zone to have independent temperature control while maintaining high energy efficiency.
The scope of work includes the supply of air-conditioning equipment, installation of indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping installation, drainage system installation, control cabling, as well as testing and commissioning to ensure the system operates in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements.
A total of 172 air-conditioning units are installed in the project, consisting of a combination of VRV systems and Split AC units. The installed system provides a total cooling capacity of 9,239,200 BTU/h (approximately 770 TR) for indoor units and 8,572,000 BTU/h (approximately 714 TR) for outdoor units, designed to deliver reliable and efficient cooling performance for the building.
