BTN Ecopark Gandul Phase 1 is a modern Human Development complex owned by PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) designed to meet the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) Platinum standard, the highest rating for environmentally friendly buildings in Indonesia.

Spanning 4.9 hectares, BTN Ecopark Gandul Phase 1 is designed as an integrated complex to support comprehensive human resource development. Facilities include educational buildings, training dormitories, an archive center, branch offices, an auditorium, a food court, a mosque, sports facilities, a soccer field, a jogging track, and an artificial lake, reinforcing the Green Neighborhood concept and environmental comfort.

BTN Ecopark Gandul will be a model for implementing green buildings and areas, with a concept focused on three main principles: resource conservation, environmental pollution prevention, and design that supports human well-being. This aligns with the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, outlined in the BTN ESG Framework 2023-2028.
