IT Bumi Slipi applies an asymmetrical building shape at the bottom with modern materials.
The construction of the Mandiri Bumi Slipi IT building was built on a land area of 11,303 square meters and the building is 70,028 square meters. IT Mandiri Bumi Slipi is equipped with a six-story parking building and one basement floor which can accommodate a total of 418 car lots and is equipped with other supporting facilities. These are, for example, mosques, food courts, commercial areas, sports areas, as well as landscaping on top of buildings. Meanwhile, Bumi Slipi IT has complied green building standards which have been certified by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) with a Gold rating. The plan regarding this green building certification is to upgrade it to Platinum even though it is contractually at the Gold rating.
