We participate in this project because this modern office building represent PT. Inalum (Persero) in Kuala Tanjung,Batubara City, Prov. North Sumatra.
The building that will be built consists of 1 unit of 8-floor building and a ballroom unit with a total building area of 32,353 square meters, which stands on an area of 2.37 hectares is targeted to be able to accommodate approximately 1,000 employees.
The existence of the Inalum building will become an icon of the region. Inalum building is designed with the concept of Green and Smart Building. The building design accommodates cultural elements and local wisdom in its architecture, and reflects Inalum as a leading global company in aluminum smelting. The concept of building that emphasizes aspects of sustainability development is expected to be a pioneer in the construction of similar buildings in Batu Bara Regency in particular, and North Sumatra in general. In addition, this building will also offer a large enough working space with public facilities such as food court, fitness center, banking services (front and back office), exhibition hall, ballroom with a capacity of 1,000 people and a parking area that can accommodate approximately 250 cars.
