We participate in this project because PRIME PARK Hotel & Convention Lombok is a 4-star hotel with modern concept which incorporated with traditional touch of Lombok. Conveniently located at Mataram city center while only 40 minutes from Lombok International Airport and just minutes from Mataram Islamic Centre and Lombok Epicentrum Mall.
Standing on the land of PP Property assets covering an area of 6,100 square meters with a building area of 24,993 square meters. With an investment of 390 billion, the hotel is planned to have 9 floors and 2 basements consisting of 164 rooms and equipped with a ballroom with a capacity of up to 1,200 people.
Prime Park Hotel & Convention Lombok will become one of the environmentally friendly hotels, using Solar Cell to save electricity and support the implementation of a zero waste program. Filling the needs of millennial travelers, PP Properti will also develop its first capsule room, Pod Place, located in a commercial area. Pod Place is designed with an instagramable design, combining traditional Lombok decorations and digital artwork. It is planned that a total of 20 Pod Place units will come with communal space facilities in the form of co-working space and mini pantry.
